Tactical HB began with a simple desire — to elevate the hookah smoking experience to a new level. Our founder, a passionate shisha enthusiast, realised that the accessories available on the market often lacked the quality and uniqueness he was looking for.
Drawing inspiration from the striking materials and colours of weaponry, he set out to design, manufacture, and rigorously test products that not only looked special but delivered an unmatched smoking experience.

Across Ukraine and worldwide
Within Ukraine we ship with Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta — to a branch, a parcel locker, or by courier to your door. Delivery is calculated at checkout and included in your order total, so there is nothing to pay on collection.
International orders work the same way: delivery to your country is calculated at checkout and included in the order total, so you pay once, on the site. If a destination can't be quoted automatically, we confirm the full total by email first — still one payment, still one total.
Fourteen days to change your mind
If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Any order can be returned within 14 days of receipt where the reason is justified — no excluded categories.

The item should be unused and returned complete, in the packaging it arrived in.

We keep no list of non-returnable products — everything we sell can be returned.
