These terms govern the sale of goods through tactical-hb.com. By placing an order, you accept them.

The total price of the order is the price of the goods for the selected delivery destination.
Where delivery is arranged by us through postal or courier partners, the applicable delivery amount is calculated at checkout and included in the order total.
The customer pays a single amount for the order. A separate delivery service is not sold to the customer.
Payment is made online by card at checkout, as one transaction for the full order total. You are not asked for a second payment once the order is placed.
Card payments are processed by Monobank and charged in Ukrainian hryvnia. Where prices are displayed in euro, the amount is converted at a fixed rate of 51 UAH to €1; your bank may apply its own rate when converting the hryvnia charge back to your currency.
Orders are dispatched through established postal and courier partners. Delivery is arranged after payment is confirmed, and tracking is sent once the parcel is on its way.
For international orders, the customs rules of the destination country apply to the recipient where required. Any duties or taxes charged on import are not included in the order total.
Any order may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging, where the reason for return is justified. Return shipping terms depend on the reason for return and the destination.
